Terms and Conditions

You should consider the following conditions in planning your trip to Cusco:

Reservations:
Reservations should be made in advance.
It is recommended you make arrangements at least thirty days before your arrival in order to have a pleasant stay in Cusco. One must reserve a trip with a minimum deposit of fifty percent of the total cost. The balance should be paid by the time you arrive in Lima or Cusco.

Rates:
Rates are expressed in American dollars and include all taxes.
Charges are expressed on a per person basis.
The program prices are based on shared services and will be adjusted accordingly for private service.

Cancellations:
In case of cancellation, our agency will return to you the total sum you sent to reserve your trip, discounting administrative costs. Cancellations are accepted up until fifteen days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Cancellations less than fifteen days before your arrival will be subject to an accounting. We will verify costs incurred until that time in accordance to our agency’s commitments and assumed responsibilities for having arranged the trip.

Inca Dinasty Tour Operator will not reimburse any money for travelers who cancel fourteen days or fewer before arrival. In each case, after verification of costs we will make the appropriate reimbursement.

If the individual or group does not arrive at the agreed day and time, our agency will consider your absence as an annulment of the trip. If you contact us afterward, we will re-instate the arrangements based on the date change. No reimbursement is available for cancellations during the trip.

Some service may be cancelled or interrupted for unavoidable reasons such as weather restrictions, changes in regulations or other uncontrollable events and that which we find outside the boundaries of responsibility of hotels, airlines and other providers. We will not recognize make reimbursement as a consequence of such interruptions.

In this case, the traveler can tour the Inca Trail, depending on availability. It will always be necessary to make confirmations with us. Reservations for this tour are not returned if cancelled within less than fifteen days. Each case is evaluated individually according to the conditions set by the providers, aiming for the major benefit of the tourist. We will always seek mutually beneficial solutions to such conflicts.

Itinerary:
Due to practical reasons or operational conditions, occasionally it may be necessary to change routes or the order of visits or routes. The proposed itinerary is a basic guide. Situations outside our responsibility may result in some changes. We will communicate with you, aiming to ensure your satisfaction.

Inca Dinasty Tour Operator, reserves the right to make such changes that are a result of weather conditions, changes in bus or plane schedules, and so forth. In the case of such unavoidable events, we will guarantee arrangements equal to those made originally. Reimbursement will not be made.

Hotel reservations are subject to availabililty. If it becomes necessary to change hotels, we will arrange lodging of a similar catagory and price. The hotels and hostels that we deal with follow local standards of price, location and service.

In the case of mishaps or difficulties we will look for solutions in a friendly manner that are fair to both parties. Our policy is to consider travelers as our friends under all circumstances.

RESPONSABILITY

In all the arrangements of travel, Inca Dinasty Tour Operator, acts on behalf of its clients organizing on their names, the means of transport, accommodation, and other requested tourist services. Hence we do not take any responsibility in case of accidents, delays or interferences to the tour, which are out of our reach; especially regarding programs and schedules. This shall be considered of great importance.

In the same way, our company does not take any responsibility due to illnesses, physical or mental impediments which may disturb the health or integrity of the passenger(s) or others during the tour or when our services are being provided. In the light of this, our company will not recognize any claim or refund due to the concepts mentioned above. This includes the cases which in normal conditions do not show any problem.

Thus, we require to be informed, before our services are hired, of any restrictions mentioned above in order to make the suitable decisions to ensure the quality of our services.
